Jesse Stuart was a famous Kentucky novelist, short-story writer, poet, and teacher. From the description of Broadside, ca. 1950. (Filson Historical Society, The). He earned an MA in geography from EIU in 1973 and taught in Paris, IL from 1967-1999. Chuck became a rare book dealer in 1989, specializing in Abraham Lincoln. ...
